The Cloud has one of the lowest scores on our quality tests due to its thin feel, hard plastic seats and a design that seems old-fashioned. It's also costly compared to other strollers with lighter weights and is therefore not the best choice when you're looking for a budget option.

It's not the most light stroller but it's got enough features that it is worth a look. Its swiveling front wheels make it easy to navigate on flat surfaces and it can leap over curbs with ease, unlike many other lightweight strollers that diverge when trying to do the similar thing. The low handle of the Cloud is a drawback, however; it's nearly at knee level and isn't adjustable. It's difficult to push while your legs hang in this manner. The lack of padding makes it even more difficult.

During our tests, we found the Cloud to be simple to set up and open. It's a little more difficult to close, however; you need to slide a slider, and then pull a big white button to cause it to collapse. This can be frustrating particularly if you're trying to keep track of kids at the same time.

The Cloud comes with a small but spacious storage basket. It can fit the size of a large diaper bag. It's not the greatest width, though, and you'll likely have to leave something inside to reach the back to get it back. The Cloud includes two tray for parents and a child tray, each with two cup holders. Both are too narrow for larger cups or bottles.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS

Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist design that's perfect for traveling. Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is yet another extremely light stroller that can be used side by side. It's heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 lbs. However, it's tinier and smaller (26.5 inches wide!) It's packed with exquisite features that make it perfect for travel. It is easy to fold, is extremely maneuverable and can fit in airplane overhead compartments and trunks easily.

Similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double and Mountain Buggy Nano Duo, the Joovy Kooper X2 is another tri-fold ultralight double stroller. It's similar to Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but has a few key differences. It's also slightly more expensive, but it also has more maneuverability and an extra sun canopy. It comes with a convenient strap for carrying and can hold children weighing up to 44 pounds in one seat.

Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants

If you're seeking a stroller which is light but packed with features, look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just lightweight, weighing just 13 pounds but also has a lot of storage, including cupholders for both parents and children as well as a sippy-cup pouch for children as well as a pocket for storage for parents, etc. It is also compatible with a child's car seat and has a brake that flips that can be easily engaged. The stroller is light enough to easily maneuver through door frames, which was a big issue for us with other models we tried. It is easy to fold and the handlebars are located close to the ground. Its only downside is its limited storage space, which can feel cramped when full of things for kids.
